Battery time 12 hours not 7 days

I bought a brand new pebble classic 2 months back. They claim its battery lasts 7 days, whereas my watchs battery lasts around 12 hours. Pebble Customer Support is also not telling me why this is so. I sent them a device log but they never told me why or replaced my watch.
Pebble doesnt have control over their manufacturing qualify assurance. And they are not mature with respect to after sales services.
Please be wise and dont waste your money.
