Whenever I open the Pebble app, the screen blanks out after a few seconds.

Terrible waste of money. Dont buy pebble unless you want a watch that says "install pebble app" and never connects to your phone.

I bought a brand new pebble classic 2 months back. They claim its battery lasts 7 days, whereas my watchs battery lasts around 12 hours. Pebble Customer Support is also not telling me why this is so. I sent them a device log but they never told me why or replaced my watch. Pebble doesnt have control over their manufacturing qualify assurance. And they are not mature with respect to after sales services. Please be wise and dont waste your money.

This update is even worse than the last version. I have a pebble steel that no longer works after iOS 9. Now were at 9.2 and Pebble hasnt released a fix. Wont even tell time. Ive tried ten times today to go through the recovery process and get the watch going again. Just keeps crashing. Then it sits in recovery mode until the battery dies, and for some reason the battery drains very very fast in recovery mode. Im close to throwing this thing in the trash.

As other users have stated, the pebble watch seems to keep losing communication with the app and notifications stop coming in. I hope they are working on fixing this since users have been complaining for a while now. **update: get the pebble time app instead. It works with classic watch, is up to date, and has a cool firmware update!

I have been using my Pebble Classic since IOS 8 through the present beta of 9.2 on my 6 plus with only the rare glitch and none in months. I had to use it the same way when I used it with my Galaxy S3.

Had the Pebble then the Pebble steel. This app worked flawlessly for a few months. Then ios9 hits and battery life takes a hit app updates battery life doesn’t improve at all. After a long time of uninstall and unpairing and rebooting devices and forgetting paired devices I finally gave up and returned the steel. It looks like all pebble cares about is their newest products and doesn’t update or fix issues with their first fans. I miss my pebble greatly. I used my refunded money on an apple watch sport. Pebble is to blame for me needing a smartwatch. Just hope they clean up their act. The OG Pebble and Steel are still amazing and viable devices that should continue to be supported and not abandonware. TL;DR iOS 9 updated battery life on phone and pebble went to crap. No support from pebble so I got my money back.

Love the new upgrade. Gives me so much more on my watch and fixed the glitches.

The devs for this app obviously dont care AT ALL about the pebble classic. I CANT EVEN LOAD APPS OR WATCHFACES! This app is the worst it is so buggy and I hate it. FIX IT!!!

I had some problems with this app until I contacted Pebble and they provided me instructions how to change and use the updated Pebble Time app instead this app. Now, it works great even with iOS 9.1.

I am a iPhone 6 user. This app makes my watch crash, disconnect. Dear Pebble, test your apps before releasing updates. I mean, this is happening all the time, almost every update people have major issues for a while now. Instead of upgrading from steel to time, Ill seriously have to look at other options. You will seriously loose your customer base, pebble might be a decent smart watch but it is useless if it doesnt sync or stays connected to your phone.

I think they finally fix the connection problem that it was having with IOS9, where notification wont pop up on your pebble

It took long enough, but this finally fixed the issue with original Pebbles not being able to get a BT-LE connection for notifications. Im happy to report that Im finally getting my notifications again!

I cannot get my pebble classic to work with my iPhone 6+. Im running the latest iOS 9. I have spent at least 5 hours installing uninstalling and forgetting the connections as other reviews have said to do. My pebble keeps getting caught in a loop. I cannot get notifications from my phone. I have emailed pebble three times and got a stock answer each time that does not address my problem. I have tried everything I can find on forums and in the reviews to get this to work. The watch is useless to me at this point. At the very least the developers should say they are having difficulty with ios9 and not leave us hanging and wasting our time trying to make this work. Im so disappointed. Update 12/24 Well it works great now. I truly wish that pebble would have put something up on their website or communicated about when they thought they could have the issue resolved. I gave up and bought an Apple Watch. I waited almost 4 months for a fix. On the bright side it works and people getting this for the holidays will be able to use their watch. I guess I can use this as a back up now.

The latest update seems to work well. No problems on Pebble Steel. Notifications work without any unusual disconnections thus far.

Everything perfect with this app on iOS 8.4.1 iPhone 5s and Pebble Steel 2.9.1!

I had so many issues with the new Pebble Time always dropped connections that I finally gave up on it and went back to my original Pebble which has always been a solid performer. But with this latest OS and app version that is no longer the case, the app simply refuses to connect to my Pebble telling me its incompatible. I have wasted so much time and energy and money on these Pebble watches but I am at my wits end, I cant deal with them any more, they work so poorly they are little better than a normal digital watch.

I love The Pebble watch, UI, and the simplicity of it all.....but I can no longer connect on the iPhone after the latest update. I uninstall, repair, forget devices, and it will work 10% of the time. Very frustrating--please fix. Want Pebble to be back to being 5 star app and watch.

Settings for various watch faces like weather wont work. Half the time my pebble wont even give me the weather. Please fix!

Just restarted my iPhone 6s iOS9. Classic Pebble auto-connected but no LE. Pebble app was able to connect LE easily. Notifications working as expected. Hurray!!!
